Half Marathon Finish

Short-Term Running Goals:

Right now I am currently training for the Provo Half Marathon that is on April 4, 2009. After that I don't really have any specific plans but I would like to continue finding races to run so that I have something to keep me motivated!

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to run marathons and do triathalons throughout my life and hopefully inspire my kids to be active as well so they are healthy. 

Personal:

I am married and have a 19 month old daughter. I ran a bit in college (casually) but had knee surgery in Sep of 2005 and never really had a chance to get back into it until this past October. I am also really into spinning and have found that doing both has helped my performance significantly. I am still new at the whole running thing but it has already become a passion that I am excited to pursue.
